The cheese produced by the women of Thakurgaon is on the way to export
ঠাকুরগাঁও জেলায় আছে ৩৩টি পনির উৎপাদন কারখানা। এরমধ্যে সাতটি কারখানা পরিচালনা করছেন ৭ নারী উদ্যোক্তা। প্রতিদিন জেলায় ৪ হাজার কেজির বেশি পনির উৎপাদন হয়। পাশাপাশি ২৫০ কেজি ঘি ও ২৫০০ কেজি মাঠা উৎপাদন হচ্ছে এসব কারখানায়।

আসসালামুয়ালাইকুম , আমি চট্রগ্ৰাম থেকে গত ফ্রেব্রুয়ারী মাসে ঠাকুরগাঁও এসেছিলাম পনিরের খোঁজে ইউটিউব ভিডিও দেখে নিশ্চন্তপুর মাসুমা খানমের কারখানায় গিয়েছিলাম। আমি তাদের সাথে পনিরের ব্যবসা নিয়ে কথা বলেছিলাম। আমাকে সেম্পল পাঠানোর কথা ছিলো কিন্তু এখনো পাঠাননি তাই আমি আবার ইউটিউব এর সাহায্যে যদি কোনো পনির কারখানার মালিকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারতাম ভালো হতো। দয়াকরে আমাকে যোগাযোগ করার ব্যবস্থা করে দিলে কৃতজ্ঞ থাকবো ধন্যবাদ।
