Inspector deCosta is an efficient but corrupt cop, who helps criminals in return for money and then double crossing them. Ravi is a freelance photographer and loves Mohini. He works hard to make a living so they can be together. One day deCosta notices Ravi and Mohini on the beach, and immediately falls for her.
