Hey there! Congrats on getting an interview! I think just being as friendly and outgoing as possible is important so they can visualize you in a customer service position. Also companies like when you say you want to move up in their organization so they know that you aren’t looking for something temporary haha. Hope that helps😁

Hey there! Here are some specific interview questions for that specific position! What was one time you had to make an informed decision in order to help customers, and what was the outcome? Why retail/H&M? Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer. Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker and what you did to solve it. Scenario - "The store is a huge mess with clothes everywhere, there is a long line at cash, and you have so much to do in stock, what order would you do them in and why?" How would you sell or tell a customer about the loyalty program. What H&M value do you connect with the most? How do you do with feedback? How would you approach a customer with a complaint? As for outfit choice business casual! Try wearing one of their H&M products like a blouse they would recognize (:

Hey! If you got a second interview it will most likely be 1 on 1 with either the assistant manager or general manager. It would also probably be more general questions for example clarifying your availability and why they should chose you.
