Some say Phở, Bún chả, Bún bò Huế but i prefer Bánh xèo. (In my opinion) If you have a chance, in the rainy day, try a hot thin crispy Bánh xèo wrap inside some vegetables, dip into sour and sweet fish sauce. It ll warm your soulll. Ofc it will taste better if the chef make one piece at time for you (to remain the heat). My mom always stand by the stove, make one by one for me. Best food comes with best memories. Sry for my bad English

All the food looked amazing! But QT, you should have eaten the fried spring rolls properly. No Vietnamese would eat it plain like that! You should have wrapped it up in the lettuce and herbs so Westerners will know how to eat it correctly in Vietnam.
