我上年11月都去決定切扁桃腺 , 情況都同Noah一樣 到手術後 第四日 至 第六日反而先係最痛.. 而且把聲沙左成個2禮拜.. 連大人都覺得痛的話, 小朋友一定覺得更加痛, Noah 真係好勇敢! really proud of you! 不過我而家最主要就係 要多多練習發音去訓練返D肌肉, 發覺手術之後,好多字反而發唔發音,特別講英文個陣特別嚴重

My daughter snored loudly for her whole 9 years, in recent months she had runny nose for many many months consecutively. We went to see ENT after orthodontist suggested to check if she would need surgery too. Interestingly, it had improved after we used saline to clear her nose and also stopped using perfume on us (and she stopped using mine for fun)….

我也是鼻過敏患者，我在前面NOAH媽媽分享的影集中有提過切除部分扁桃腺，成年之後我也做了雷射鼻甲的手術，醫生有給我建議要長期的做洗鼻，在洗鼻後狀況大幅改善，終於不用長期的使用鼻噴劑與藥物(偶爾碰到急症發作時還是得使用)，給有這個病症的患者一個參考，最重要的還是要聽從醫生的指示好好的配合療程

六年前，我個仔做咗一個同樣嘅手術，未做手術前成日傷風感冒鼻竇炎，食完一次又一次抗生素沒完沒了，我擔心到佢差唔多抑鬱症，好在我帶佢去睇耳鼻喉科，醫生解釋，除非等到佢發育時期adenoids 先至會縮細，否則做手術為上策，做咗手術之後一年之內我個仔肥咗八磅，身體真係比之前好好多
