多想法是不錯，其實真正打鬥中，雙提日月最好用就係提起雙手檔對方攻擊然後反擊，唔洗咁復習玩到太極推手咁，烏鴉晾翼除咗打左右，仲可以被人從後抱時向後打。雙弓手用黎檔撩陰腿，有機會仲可以變虎爪擒著對方腳，不過要你真係下過苦功練虎爪同橋手為前提。不過我都好欣賞李師傅，好多不同既想法，另傳武不停進步。

No one understands Sheung Tai Yat Yuet. Best to simply translate it as double lifting the sun and the moon.
