Nezuko would help Muzan a lot LOL. Nezuko being in the Infinity Castle would just give Muzan an easy win by absorbing her and conquering the sun and he'd slaughter everyone. Nezuko would not be helpful in the Infinity Castle, she'd just be a liability, as sad as that is to say. They are hiding her away from Muzan for a reason.

The Infinity Castle arcs will be over in 3 movies part 1/2/3. The animation director who choreographed the Upper 6 fight with Tanjiro/Tengen will be reprising his role for all the fight scenes in the Infinity Castle and Showdown arcs (last two arcs of Demon Slayer). - You can see the style already in Gyomei's Stone Breathing Style 😜 Ufotable has been given a "white" check for budget for the movies for these final arcs.... you know what that means!!! Be warned. The ultimate fights are about to begin. LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
