Ingredients:
For Marination:
1/2 Cup Curd
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 tsp Gram Flour
1/4 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Mustard Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
150 Grams Paneer
1 Tomato
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
For Gravy:
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 Black Cardamom
1 Green Cardamom
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
5-6 Garlic Cloves
Two inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
3 Chopped Onions
10 Cashew Nuts
1 tbsp Melon Seeds
For Sabji:
3-4 Mustard Oil
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/4 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 Cup Tomato Puree
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Fresh Coriander
Warm Water
1/4 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/4 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp Fresh Cream
