There is no Lully "and so on".Purcell is born 27 years later than Lully.It's another generation of musicians,an other style.Ii's like if you say that Mozart is moderner than Bach...

Why the frenetic speed (lots of brisk and no interest)? It's not as though you are having to compensate for trite harmonies, even though Z632 is far from Purcell at his best.
