Wonderful fish in a wonderful port... I have a medium light seabass rod from daiwa... 2.6m, 7-35g c.w. I think it is good to use FIIISH black minnow 10-25g for groupers of around 1kg

Makes me smile ;) I usualy use a 150 lb line with a 200 lb leader, on a 8000 spheros its ok to take a battle on up to 10kg, larger fish would still go to the damn rocks ;( Last catch was 4.5 kg, and pb is 6.7

Hi Markos ! I'm wondering what would be the best choice between this snipe and the PA90 jawbreaker... Is it suitable when I'm going for large bonitos, like 4/5 kgs ? Either these two can handle light shore jigging ?

Hey bro. These are two very very different rods. Absolutely not made for jigs, though jawbreaker can handle small ones like 30-35gr. For bonitos, bluefish, barracudas etc, jawbreaker is far more better option!

Hey bro ! I finally tested the Snipe on a 4kg bonito as I said in my previous post ! Snipe has amazing power !
