Go back to the doctor and ask of the options you have, simce you are fine artificial insemination may ne.the option with your husbands sperm that will be produced and treated, but if he has no sperm at all then you can use donor sperm, this will be between you and your husband only and who knows, you may even conceive naturally afterwards, pls don't tell anyone about his predicament.
