【胡．說樓市】被遺忘的渡假天堂！香港世外桃源在哪裡？ | Yahoo Hong Kong

香港地少人多，以石屎森林聞名，但若細心發掘，都可以找到人間天堂！我們今次帶大家踏足的地方，很多人都未必去過，有無人沙灘，享有醉人日落景，而且裡面的海景單位都很平價，究竟是哪裡？
要來這個世外桃源，就要先從中環坐船到長洲，然後接駁一程船，航程大約15分鐘。心水清的朋友也知道我們要前往哪個地方吧！這地方就是在大嶼山南面的二浪灣，裡面有唯一的私人住宅「澄碧邨」。
橙色屋頂、白色外牆，低密度住宅沿著沙灘而建，感覺就像外國渡假村。由於沒有高樓大廈阻擋，從碼頭一直走到住宅都能感覺海風吹送。聽這裡的業主說，真正回來居住的人並不多，所以人煙稀少，與繁忙的香港都市有天淵之別。

Maybe it is a good idea to propose a government public housing scheme (when land is a scarcity), similar to the development of public housing in Tai O, Peng Chau and Cheung Chau. Once confirmed, transportation from Central and / or Tsim Sha Tsui is highly likely to resume. What's next, there will be supermarkets, and different types of shops in this part of the outlying island. It can also be developed into a tourist attraction spot. Both people who are qualified to apply for a public housing apartment (and willing to make a good start here) and the "historic" establishment of real estate 澄碧邨 will benefit (provision of all services including the clubhouse facilities are to be run by reputable management companies again). Some people might think there is a conflict of interest when upper class and lower class stay in the same neighborhood area. However, I strongly believe that the opposite holds true as the successful real life examples from all different areas in Hong Kong, such as Tung Chung and Kwun Tong show more advantages overriding some minor demerits, unless you are considering 澄碧邨 as a remote and superb area comparable to the Peak. This is just my personal opinions. Take it or leave it!
