After listening to Midori I have difficulties to catch on this.

It feels very artificial in comparison.

@@NathanFiorentino haha I wonder how you feel after listening to to her new stuff as DJ. I'm very curious let me know pls. Also do you know if that is a sell out as well?

@@TheCommentVEVO I deleted my original comment but I realized that without the context of my comment, your comment makes it sound like I said something I didn't say at all. So for the record, I did not say that any of Mariko's music was "sell out" music. I said I disliked some of the production choices that resulted from producers other than Goto producing all but one of the tracks on this album, and that if someone dislikes this song that they shouldn't dismiss the rest of her solo work. That being said, this album has actually grown on me quite a bit and I find myself returning to it more than I thought I would.

Yeah it's different than Midori, but it's still Mariko.

I feel like there's some allegory I'm missing here... Why is the girl choking a freaky fish guy?

The song name in English is finless porpoise, so I guess the idea for the look of it was supposed to be a human/porpoise hybrid

+Familliar Nori That's sad. She should never have left the band... :(

Have you heard her pre-Midori band?
@shioriharu9 жыл бұрын
+Familliar Nori i think i heard max 2 or 3 songs but it must have been terrible cause i faintly remember it. I have a few tracks that are supposed to be a Midori demo, but some songs are fairly different and the main focus there is sex obviously. I did a google search meanwhile on this Usagi band and yep, it's not very captivating so far. The formation Midori will always be the one unforgettable band for me.

+Haru Shiori honestly dude their track wakareta uta(if I recall the name correctly) was one of the best songs I heard from Gotou. I liked both bands and she has some pretty good songs spread through out her solo albums that are pretty awesome. I got a cd of that one band you prolly heard of called "385". gotou is friends with their lead. I also got a few Midori cds from a trip and one or two off of amazon before it got really hard to find them online
