Can you emphasize on EB1? To add further, PhD holds a better position in lottery as compared to MS. It's like chances for H1B are: PhD >> MS >>> UG. Additionally, does PostDoc help in getting a H1B?

I am a singapore citizen but born in India, I got to know that I can travel to USA on H1B1 for JOB in USA, as H1B1 needs to be renewed every 15-18 months and not allowed to apply for Green Card, Can My USA company file H1B, in this case would I have any preference as I am a singapore citizen and holding H1B1 but born in INDIA, Need your guidance here in the preference.
