I think so, too. He gives his all when he is on stage. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and of fun. One thing I noticed is the fans' respect for Jay B. You could feel it in the entire venue whenever it was his turn to talk to the audience. Everyone wanted to hear what he had to say and would listen. He is our leader as well as GOT7's. I have never experienced anything quite like it, before or since.

He's always laughing and smiling with his members, his ØFFSHORE crew and even the company staff who worked with them. The only time he didn't smile was in between shows or when he's too focused. This whole of last 1 and a half year since Eclipse era until Encore era, I've seen him be the babiest, most playful member out of all of them. 2019- 2020 was a blessing. The only time we didn't see him much was probably after BOL:LP era when they got busy with negotiations and paperwork.

The vibe was completely different in the studio with Jay Park and I absolutely love it. I think Jaebeom will always feel pressured because he wants to do well in front of his boss, but Jay Park really brings the true artist out. That changes a work scene. I’m so happy Jaebeom is in the hands of someone who will value his worth as an artist.

Okay but can we stop for a moment to appreciate how Jay Park is working with JayB on the song? Like he is there to help him, watching over him to see how things will turn out even if he is tired too. Idk if he does this with all the artists in H1GHR/AOMG but for sure Ik that the old hag has never done something like this before 😩he was just listening to 5 seconds of the song to refuse it😤 *Seeing JayB and the boys being treated good is making me happy that all our fighting wasn't in vain* 😭

He does this with other h1ghr and aomg artist too. Esp when it comes to the younger or new artist to the label, no matter how busy he is, he will stop by to listen or give inputs. Majority of the decisions are still up to the artist themselves. When Loco asked Jay what his title song should be, Jay said why are you asking me, you should choose yourself. Won Jae thought his songs had to go through Jay first before being approved but Jay said less things go through him for approval. Also when h1ghr was doing the compilation albums, they would give their inputs/advice to Jay for his verses, Jay would listen and change his lyrics. So it’s works both ways cause they are literally family. Sorry for the long rant.

@@200bxxx4 I’ll never forget that day at the airport when he left 🙁 That time was the one time (other than a death like Jonghyun, Sulli, and Goo Hara) that my mom actually noticed something was up. She told me don’t worry he’ll be fine. I’m so glad Jay was able to come back and build a career. I remember the news ppl creepily filming his house and the explosion of excitement when he showed his face and uploaded that singing video with his laptop. It was such a rollercoaster even and though it’s not life or death for us outsiders, I’m glad Jay is around.
