4-2-4 is good, strong in defence and strong in attack

depends on your game play. If you use your flank and need strong defense and attack go for 4-3-3 hold. Make sure you get good cdm with high attacking and high defending traits.

4-3-3 holding is a holding and defending formation so it will require a CDM and in 4-3-3 attack it will need a CAM 4-2-4 will make your box area crowded and you'll face problems while shooting so I recommend 4-3-3 attack
