For all those asking, Faker was out because, from what I can tell, they wanted to get the sub some experience on the World Championship stage. The game didn't really matter to SKT because of the seeding and how weak H2K is, so letting someone else get some experience "just in case" something happens in the future is a good move.

I heard that Faker was out in the last two games so that his champion pool could be kept secret however all those who are saying the sub should've gotten some experience in case something happens are totally correct as well. I just think that Faker has played some pretty outrageous picks in the past and he wants to keep whatever he has coming a secret.

The bug in question happens at 25:18 when Renekton goes to stun Evelynn who flashes away. His hit connects but Evelynn is not stunned after the flash, which should have happened. The judges ruled that no one was close enough to hit Evelynn after the flash and all their skills were on cooldown so they would continue as normal.

+Medel Evangelista Lied about what? The bug happened, Evelynn wasn't stunned. They thought she might have been in a more compromised position and wanted them to check on it to see if she might have died. They can't really keep track of every single position and where everyone on their team is and where the enemy is and what is possibly going to happen. Better safe than sorry in their eyes. I think the biggest problem is how long it took Riot to evaluate it before coming to a conclusion. Hopefully they will have better technology in the future for roll backs and other things that are rapid response.

+Stexe I dont think it's a bug, the hit started to connect. But there was no white cast bar under the renek hp bar. It's like when irelia E doesnt go off because irelia dies slightly before the animation finishes. The eve just flashed too quick, not a bug imo.

+Connor Rilling The animation for the stun played and Renekton was locked in place for it. It should have stunned as it connected. Melee moves that connect and play animation will hit even if you break away from another move. It was deemed a bug but wasn't ruled that it would have changed the outcome of the fight.

Why is Leona so underrated in worlds? She has stuns, is tanky, and I think she's better than Braum. She's one of my favourite supports, but nobody plays her :(

+Xnfop Leona lacks everything but all in, braum is a more versatile pick

+Xnfop Leona is only good to engage aggressively when the team is winning but she's completely useless when playing from behind whereas braum can block damage to save teammate's life, his passive stun proc and of course the massive aoe from glacial fissure which can knock up and split up the enemy's team. Annie/Morgana would be a much better choice then compared to Leona if you were to go that way I guess

+Xnfop leona is such an all in or nothing champ, which is fine for solo queue but in worlds that's a bit risky. last worlds you see yellowstar playing it a bit tho and it paid off quite well
