Post consistently, preferably the same time every day. Use tags that are relevant and the tags popular channels use for the game you are uploading. Learn how to render in best quality possible for 1080p60fps. Know how to make an engaging video that Will keep the viewer watching. Make eye catching thumbnails and titles that bring in curiosity. Either be good at playing the game or good at commentating and interact with your comments
