I'm 22 and I'm not going to judge myself for watching this at any age. I see this show as an art. Jonathan Shiff and the crew have been creating this masterpiece with such love and passion for that. And I'm really thankful for their sense of beauty and aesthetic. It needs a huge talent and imagination to film like that. I think Zane and Rikki actually make a great couple. and also with Bella and Will. They really did a great job casting these actors/characters. Quarantine binge watching. Me rewatching this: Season 1: wow what a great concept. This show has so much potential Season 2: this is so good!! There's deep real world teams and cool magic stuff!! Season 3:... Plot holes... Ruined character arcs... Missed potential... God help me I'm drowning in the weird twists that make no sense

@@tatianasalazar4066 I do still like the show. There are just some things that really bother me and don't make sense. It is a kids show so I'm not mad about it or anything just a little disappointed bad plot choices and things like that get a pass easier when it's a kids show. I personally love kids shows that I could still enjoy as an adult (which I can with this one but not nearly as much as with a show like gravity falls for example). And the character arc I'm mainly talking about is Zane. In the episode where he almost found out cuz he got locked outside with Ricky and it started to rain it was revealed that even tho he could be a jerk at times he has a soft side and he isn't inherently cruel or evil and he continues to improve as season 2 goes on with the help of Ricky and the support he gets from their relationship. I absolutely loved that character development but than around season 3 he just kinda started being a jerk again for absolutely no reason and it ruined that whole arc that was built in season 2 The weird twist and plot holes were kinda there the whole show but season 3 is just were they got really bad in my opinion

@@kaylab9779 well, as I said the plot holes and weird twists were there since the bigining, and I was talking about Zane too when I said that you just didn't like it but it was really good and realistic. People don't change because of others, that overused and incredibly damaging troop of the bad boy not being that bad and getting better because of a girl was completely destroyed in this season. Everyone can be better, but because of themselves, not for someone else, and through therapy, couples don't magically fix the bad personality traits of the other. Besides, I love it because it shows that, when a relationship gets toxic it must end, that people is not perfect, that there is cheating in couples, that most teen romances don't last forever. I don't know if you are aware of this, but I can guess you are old enough to understand that thinking you can change someone is what keeps many people in violent relationships and some of them end with femicide. That's why I think this character arc and development is so good, because it completely destroys that troop, very common in teen shows and books, of girls trying to see the soft side of a bad boy and taking shi* from the not so good side, I love how this shows how he "changed" but it wasn't real because this kind of changes must be made by the person to be better, for themselves not for someone else, and through therapy, specially in a case like Zane's, because his behavior was due to his disfunctional family, that must be treated with therapy, not with that movie magic of a girl getting the best side of a bad boy

@@tatianasalazar4066 I see why u like it if u looked at it that way but the way I looked at it was he was always capable of being nice because he did have a soft side, he just needed to be given a reason to be nice and he found that in Ricky. I guess that just goes to show 2 people can see the exact same movie or show or read the exact same book and get 2 totally different things from it. Kinda neat XD I think it's kinda fun to debate shows and stuff like this and see different opinions and perception on the same thing It's interesting
