Congratulations on being a new dad. If I can give my two cents, coming from a big family. Definitely teamwork you and your wife should arrange days on who wakes up to feed the baby, or check on them when they cry at night. In the morning who is the one in charge for food and then throughout the rest of the day who's in charge of looking after the baby. Tag team when the other is really worn out. Have rest periods for both you and her. That parenting would be equally distributed , so the work it's overwhelming for both you and her. Communication is great teamwork as parents. It hard being new, but soon you'll get into a rhythm. Especially the best thing is parents give their babies baths at night so there warm and relax to sleep longer. I hope the best for you and your family.
