It's a glitch. When you do this your spartan teleports for 0.1 second. To nerf that, 343 allows you to do this once in 3 seconds

Map control and slaying is just as, if not more important. Capping takes time away from that. In certain situations it’s just best to slay and help your teammates stay alive.

Why is it on arena gameplays you never capture a stronghold. Never capture a flag, never even attempt to get flag back to your base. You just fly right by all those things and just get kills.

Because the ranking system sets my teammates up to be worse than the other team so I have to put out more damage and kills. If doing the objective then my teammates won’t be able to get kills necessary. I’m a pro player, the game is analyzed way further than “pull the flag”
