@@kianabosmans4666 also Health's Joker had more of an American accent. The biggest difference between Australian dialect and British English dialect is the way words are connected. Australian is more relaxed, with a flowing pattern that goes up and down. That may sound confusing, but most Australians if you pay attention would have a flowing, wave-like vocal pattern. British English is proper, every syllable is spoken with a purpose and reason. Fred seems to be taking more of an "Southern USA country-esque" accent to cancel his strong English accent.
