@@milktoast8071 well, his scoliosis is unfortunate accident happened in his life.. so i can understand why he live with strict diet and workout before..but his current condition health is getting better, that why i hope he will not push himself too hard.. maybe he's the one in pain and sick most of the time, but people like him also recover faster than normal people..his strength and stamina at 40 is something that even younger people cant beat him..lol..

I simply have to admire KJK discipline and will power and need to learn from it. It is a slippery slope for those who just say, go ahead and eat some bad food as it changes ones mentality. I know, I never ate sugar really but now at the office I grab a small chocolate a day. Some days now it turns to two or three, it just creeps up on you. Staying discipline with no cheating is the best. Props to KJK, I wouldn't have resisted a taste.
