I got goosebumps, just by watching step by step process of the HTS400 Presetter.

Thank You Mitchell. That was a very well done video. You covered a lot of stuff really fast. I am not sure I got it all but I got a lot of it and it will be very helpful. I like the 3D printed plastic label holders too. Very cool

We just had ours delivered to the shop last week. Waiting on maintenance to clear an area in QC. I can't wait to use it.

Great product with a lot of interesting features I haven't seen before. But, all of the features seem overwhelming when you just want to measure tool length. It is difficult enough trying to stay up to date with all of the other technologies in the shop environment. I respect the creativity and intelligence put into this device, though. Haas clearly has some very intelligent individuals creating their products.

Do you have to have a tool probe on your mill to use a presetter?
@richhuntsd124 ай бұрын
Hi Mitchell. I got a question for you. Do you need separate gage tools for each machine you have even if the spindles are the same type? Or is it just the numbers we are interested in with the same gage tool? Thanks for your help

Was the STL file not available because they want to market it?

This presetter is very interesting but I believe that having the posibility for loading tools whitout using the spindle will boost even more the performance. Any plans to add this option in your machines?
