Step 1- ingredients for puliyogare powder
Methi seeds - 1tbsp
Peppercorns - 1 tbsp
cumin seeds - 2.5 tbsp
coriander seeds - 4tbsp
curry leaves - few
dry red chilli - 5-6
bydgi chilli - 10
turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
asafoetida (hing)- 1/2 tsp
oil-3tsp
step - 2 ingredients for puliyogare gojju
Tamarind - 3/4 cup
water - 2.5 cup
jaggery - (2tbsp-8tbsp)
salt - 2 tbsp
haldi-little
sesame seeds-4tbsp
dry coconut-1/2cup
step - 3 for tempering
oil - 1/3 cup
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
chana dal - 1tbsp
urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
ground nut - 1/4 cup
curry leaves - few
turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
red chilli-6
