Haben Telecom is a company founded and dedicated to solve the communication challenges facing by migrants and people who are not living with their loved ones. We do this by providing our own dialer app called Habencall and using routes of best quality. If you can get a solution to a problem of communication that is faced by you and your fellow migrants and provide it as best alternative, makes you happy and feel proud.
How to recharge
Step 1. Click on Menu: - top-left corner (three lines)
Step 2. Click “Recharge”
Step 3. Leave Recharge by scratch card as we didn’t arrange currently. Go to the next option “Recharge by Debit/Credit Card”
Step 4. Put the amount of money you want to recharge the minimum recharge is $5 then click confirm
Step 5. choose your payment method from the list:- E.g. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICANEXPRESS
N.B the above listed are only for International credits, the rest are linked with Kenyan banks such as M-pesa, AirtelMoney
Step 6. fill out the information provided in order to proceed to the final steps
Step 7. complete your bank details and done.
N.B make sure all your information is correct in order to avoid any inconveniences
