It is most likely a Maas-Rowe DCB3 (Digital Chronobell) which also controls the analog clock faces.

This should be part of a Westminster chimes app for IOS and Android. Yes, there is such an app already for IOS, but it uses run of the mill cheap and cheerful Christmas bells sounds such as the Rhythm and Seiko chime clocks use. I had it on my phone for a while, but the developer screwed up with Winchester chimes and the bell sounds got on my nerves, so its back where it belongs, off my phone in the app store for now.

On my Android, I have Big Ben Plus. It chimes every 15 minutes (or every 30 minutes or hourly, your choice). On it, you have 4 Westminster chime options (Big Ben, mantle clock (my personal favorite), grandfather clock, or quartz clock), Magdalene chimes, Trinity chimes, or cuckoo clock.

The Clock Strike on this unit is produced by struck Tuned metal rods which are amplified. The music is recorded in our studio onto CD.
