You know, Hachette and the other publishers should really be showing some gratitude to you for building the community the way you do, making these part collections into a shared experience that becomes interesting and entertaining... I hope you get some recognition for all you do, even though you do it for the love of it...

It's the only thing that narcs me is the length of time. I'm thinking about doing this one. Will have to put in the opposite corner to my r2d2. Be nice if they would do the cyber man and Fab 1 of Thunderbirds

I think this would be super fun to build with my grandson. I'm concerned though about this taking 2.5 years. Not because we wouldn't keep up with it but worried about dropping that much money and the subscription service ends - like a TV series that ends the season on a cliff hanger and then gets cancelled. Have you done anything like this before? Are you worried about the subscription getting cancelled?
@buildingwiththeboys9 күн бұрын
@loriki8766 I have built loads of these , it did happen once but all of the models got taken over by another company so the subscription continued. Hachette is one of the largest publishers in the world so I have no real concern

@@buildingwiththeboys That is great to hear - thanks! BTW: Hachette should be sending you some love! It's great watching you build things and explain how it's done!

I assume hachette asked Keir Starmer to do the voice of the dalek? 🤣🤣 EX-STARMER-NATE
