Hachiku - Bridging Visa B

This track reminds me so much of the Happy Mondays 1988 album Bummed (produced by Martin Hannett) - especially the rhythm, the keyboards, and especially the guitar sound. That kind of lo-fi indie-dance sound, before it became more commercial, that was so wonderful. I don't know if the early Mondays were an influence on Anika, or if it's just me projecting one of my faves onto it, but I love it either way.
