I managed to reverse engineer it to be the Great Red Shark Caprice Convertable from Fear and Loathing. Damned good build.

One more thing, the design needs a redesign to more comfortably fit 2 people in the front. For Raoul Duke and Dr Gonzo. (I got my Gonzo minifig posed like he's freaking out to balance. If you make a redesign, let me know. I would appreciate it, and thanks for the design!
