The initial construction of apartments was set out as phase 1 and phase 2 with teh COVID world crisis the development is set back at least 6 months. we are being told that phase 1 will be completed April 2021 and phase two eight months after that months after that check out teh listings here www.beachtownproperty.com/property/hacienda-samana-bay-luxury-resort-dominican-republic/
