Order a Micro SD PSP adapter and add the necessary files directly onto the SD card instead.

If it's running official firmware just update it through the wifi by going to settings and the top one is Update firmware. If it's running custom firmware you'll need chronoswitch.

@@discostu9585 I am trying this now and its saying I need a 32mb card. I have a 32mb card and I even reformatted it but wouldn't you know it's still less (like 30.8mb) than the 31mb space that is needed for the update. O what a wonderful day lol.

Ark is the most up-to-date. This is definitely old.

The new ark custom firmware is a real and better permanent solution offering more efficient loading times and to all models of the psp, even ones that have never been able to run cfw
