Dot Hack Enemy is a discontinued TCG based on the Dot Hack franchise, espcially SIGN and IMOQ. It's unique in its lack of a mana system, its focus on defense, and its dynamic albeit at first confusing battle system, guaranteeing the victor exciting rewards based on unique monster cards. Five expansions are available, with Epidemic being the most difficult to track down at the time of this production.

I have all of the started decks and purchased 4 booster boxes around 2012. Then, I looked for videos on how the game was played and there was hardly any. This is an amazing video, and I now can use these cards with my brother to duel with. We will interchange this with Digimon, which is also a really good TCG.

@@zacheray I've been in the Discord for ages. Hmm...my favourite deck? I used to have one that revolved around the Four Queens. It was nifty having a deck themed after a specific party like that. I wanna say the monster type was either Fish or Aliens. Probably fish cause I like how they just endleslly spawn if you don't deal with them fast.

I could have sworn they changed the field rule to one per person. Granted it wouldn't make sense if it wanted to keep to the .hack// lore. Either way, I understand it that this has been created in tabletop simulator. It'd be awesome if there was a discord or something for people wanting to get back into this or learning. Plus, my Demons, Amazons, Fish, and PC killer decks need to stretch their legs again after all these years. Lol

Only negative thing I can say within the first 5 minutes of watching is that when you're holding up the cards to explain them the light covers it so I may as well night be seeing anything. It would have been much better if you were more consistent with focusing the cards by cutting to an image of them so I could see easier as i'm more a visual learner. Also from what I understand the destiny value is JUST a random number basically to make the outcomes of fights a little more luck oriented?

What's the deal with Epidemic? In 2024, some people are selling those boxes for hundreds of dollars. I saw one for like $500. Were they just short printed or was it just a powerful/useful set?
