I'm shocked this video didn't go viral. It definitely deserved to because the math required and amount of effort that went into this was impressive. I'm not a KZbinr but I would advise seeing if there's any things you could possibly try to better appeal to KZbin's algorithm and reupload. This video has potential of hitting millions of views.

Hi, David and Aaron, please consider looking into trichrome photography. Using red, green, and blue filters, you can create colored photos using the Game Boy Camera! Another small channel called *Attic Darkroom* has an amazing video explaining the basics. It would make amazing photos!

Fyi,, you can get a tripod w auto tracker like from Orion, Celestron etc. Then mount gameboy camera/lens. Auto program anything in night sky and the mount will auto track. Is used in astronomy, there not too expensive these days and keeps your target in view as it crosses the sky.. love the project 👍

While it's really cool to see this overview of different things the Camera still has to offer, I'm wondering if you know about the existing Game Boy (Camera) modding/hacking scene or individuals who did these exact same things? Could be a missed opportunity to spread the love for something you seem to enjoy yourself. I'm thinking of folks like Ekeler (who made one of the first reported Canon mounts back in 2018) or even the current 'Game Boy Camera Club' Discord where a lot of enthusiasts gather and share their work.

GBA supports booting over the link cable. It's intended so when one person has a cartridge, they can engage in simple limited version of some 4-player games. I wonder if one could write a software that can be run from RAM on GBA and link-booted and then exfiltrates all the 8-bit Gameboy cartridge data that you need to the host PC back over the Link cable? Or when you insert that cartridge, automatic hardware reset occurs?

I found a faster way to transfer the images...there's cart rippers so you essentially remove the game insert it into the card ripper that's attached via USB and they have the function to rip all the images straight to pc almost instantly. I purchased a gb cam off FB market place, realised there was images on there and sent them to the person that sold it to me. they were pleased
