GTA Has modders o' plenty on console too, R* has gotten too lazy at actually banning them properly, and it's really easy to ddos attack people in a game where your IP and the traffic between it and the game aren't very secure at all.

@@L0tss oh yea I forgot about the ddos, but I'm pretty sure these guys have VPNs. I've never ran into any modders that completely change the map or vehicles like I've seen these guys run into though so I would still say console has far less than pc
