@@Viniriano at its core - he just launched two separate copies of Omegle, then found strangers on both of them. Let's say he found Stranger 1 on the first instance and Stranger 2 on another. Instead of his webcam and mic he broadcasted his partner from another instance, so Stranger 1 sees Stranger 2 and likewise. The best part - none of them would ever know, since there is no way to see that anywhere. On top of that - he can swap the input for each Omegle instance from the stranger to himself at any time, and he can do it independently, so he could mess with one stranger or with both at the same time if he chooses so. Or he can add additional effects, like text.
