Not legally. To do it legally you have to go through a bug bounty program. There are Bug bounty platforms that host such programs. Bugcrowd, Hackerone, and Intigriti are a few that are commonly used. Some companies have their own posted on their site such as Google or Microsoft. Each program has rules of conduct that must be followed and you can only hack the webpages that the company allows. Some sites are off limits.
