Thanks for this. I don’t understand why it seems the immigration agencies goal is to deny people who are following, and paying the fees to pursue, the legal means of immigrating. I don’t understand why the scrutiny is encouraged. As long as someone’s background is acceptable and the family can support themselves, it all seems ridiculous to me. People should be able to move wherever they choose with no issue and without delay, if the basic criteria is met. And, as long as it takes the agencies to get through the process, there shouldn’t be any fees to do it aside from paying for reports, medical exams, and transportation. Sheesh.

My wife ( Indonesia ) and i have been waiting in Indonesia for her visa for 14 months. We BOTH are over 60 and are retired. She dosent need a Green card to work in the U.S. We just want to travel in the U.S and enjoy our senior years in peace. We are waiting for joint interview here in Jakarta . We wish they would wave the interview and let us go back to U.S. and have life , liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as my right as an American. This should be a no- brainier for immigration , but still we wait and wait while millions of illegals cross the Mexico border. is there anything we can do now to get them to finish our case ???

My wife and I just got married (she’s waiting for permanent residency). I live in Missouri and was offered a job at a marijuana dispensary. Can I legally work there or could that negatively affect us while she’s trying to get her green card?

I was curious about this. My wife is from Gabon. Based on my research, barely 300 people from Gabon (total) have migrated to the United States. Would this help or hinder our case?

Hey just found your channel and seen some videos showing the steps on how to apply for a marriage based visa/green card for my wife. She’s Nicaraguan and come here about 5 years ago with a visa and decided to overstay and we got married last October. Would it be a more difficult process since she overstayed and because of her country of origin? Would there be any more steps to take because of this? We have a daughter together born here in the US would that factor in? Thank you if you have any way to reach out please let me know
