That's fine....even engineers can struggle in CAT coz around 10 11 engineers are there each year out of which around only 50000-1lac would have studied for JEE nad got admission based on the merit score....rest are engineers from tier 3 colleges where admission is from fees not any score

There are news that IIM B is setting the paper and might change the pattern to pre Covid times, the 3 hr 100 Questions one. What do you think about it and what changes we should do to prepare accordingly for such a scenario ?

There's nothing to be done till the official announcement is made. Post the announcement, you can change your attempt strategy to pre-covid times - just change the number of mins/set basis your convenience. The premise remains the same.

Hey Sankha, 99.7+ should be a good target for B and C. For A, 99.8+ since there's more weight to academic diversity. For sectional focus, would suggest taking a free mock and understanding which section makes you feel uncomfortable. That should be your priority.
