The rhythmic nature of djent matches perfectly with the rhythmic nature of grime vocals, it wouldn't work as well with other styles of metal

British rap shouldn't work with metal at all. It's just a vocal style that doesn't fit. Hacktivist are a unique bunch. They've somehow made it work, and it works incredibly well. I'm glad Timfy and J decided to collab, otherwise we wouldn't have had such a gem of a band.
