Good ol' centrifugal clutch. Had those on our minibikes as kids. This gentleman learned like we did in the 60's and 70's. I bought Haynes manuals for every motorcycle I owned. Now the Crockers are back on par with the Junods and Paragon Ridge😁. Switching it up on this video, nice.

Little word of advice with the sxs. When you’re sitting at idle put the shifter in neutral it disengages the clutch so it want cause unwanted wear on the belt.😊

I use pineapple juice too but I also add worstershire sauce and sone garlic and onion powder in the bag as well as a few dashes of A1 sauce. Such a great marinade gmfor syeaks , chicken and even pork chops. Ya'll have fun and keep on keepin on ✌️ ❤❤❤

A couple of weeks ago I read that you could sprinkle some baking soda on both sides of the steak put it in a baggie and add a little bit of water and let it sit for 45 minutes to an hour. I accidentally left mine on for two hours and then rinsed it off and this steak was so incredibly tender! And it was really tough when I cooked another one without it

I even add a little baking soda to Lima beans with ham so they don’t take hours to get tender.

I think you folks are great. On the other hand, I don't care how tender the steak gets, I don't want any pineapple anywhere near beef at any time or for any reason. That being said, I didn't pay for it, so I hope yours came out exactly how you like it! Cheers.

Jason give this a try papaya powder or juice as a marinade the enzymes in the juice will tenderize the toughest of meats!!!! BEEF PORK EVEN CHICKEN.

A little advice I got recently: to make cheap steak tender. Add ( baking soda) to seasoning and marinade. The same can be applied to shrimp; chicken; hamburger meat. 🥩 ❤

The BEST tenderizer ever is to marinate your meat in Dr Pepper
