I love this for the sheer honesty of how awkward these neat looking little devices can be. You see so many videos making them look like wonder boxes, but the small often confusing/cluttered interface comes with a cost and even experts can get lost.

I think it's more suitable as a sequencer for live performances. I haven't tried the OP-1 yet. You should check Cuckoo's channel out and watch his OP-Z live performances.

Fun fact: The song is by two german composers going by the fancy names of Dieter Lünstedt and Karin Sabine Hartmann-Eisenblätter. They usually composed german language pop songs (search for "Wolfgang Petry Wahnsinn").

He did live in Germany but maybe you have them mixed up i will double check aliases etc........they did do a track called “what is love” however it wasn’t this one. They also did a group called Londonbeat which are very similar they also look and sound similar.
