Great video, love the vibe and the shit you were giving George. Technically his deadlifts are fine but it's like the bar moves 2 inches off the floor compared to yours due to his body shape, his almost look like cheating - not taking anything away from George sick lifting way more than I can do. Good effort Hadyn!

Great end to a great series! I would never have been able to go back for the same weight on 3rd squat, but that was the smart thing to do.

Yeah I think I had 260 to 265 in me but would have hated to miss out on 20kg if I then missed it
@EricSleightly
@EricSleightly 10 ай бұрын
@@HadynWiseman Yeah, totally wouldn't have been worth the risk of possibly missing since you already knew how 250 was gonna feel but didn't know if the extra 10-15kg would've made the issue worse. I just personally don't have the self control to make the smart call there, haha.

Hello brother, might be irrelevant to this particular video but I had a few queries about your “The Absolute Athlete” program. I was planning to add a shoulder and arms day to it, with progression scheme for OHP. Can I do the planks and Pushups weighted, I’ll still keep them over 40 or 50 reps and keep beating the previous best until I get 60 and then Add weight to save time, same with planks. I’ll also try to do runs daily and train a specific sport on the rest days of the program. Your Thoughts will mean a lot, and Thank you for providing such a great program for free.
