their immune systems must be crazy! watching them carry the skinned deer made me question the safety, and watching the one man eat the seeds of the fruit ? that he dropped also made me question it, but it’s just a little dirt really. all of us eat a little dirt everyday if you think about it. and any “bad” bacteria that traveled from their bodies to the meat will get cooked away, i’m sure if an american like me ate this i have a higher risk of getting sick somehow because i wasn’t exposed to this my entire life. just some food for thought

I was growing up on fruits and veggies that were not washed. I was eating them straight off of the branches and trees or a soil. My grandma was growing everything. I was never sick. Immune system strengthens with dirt. 😊

This area is located near Olduvai Gorge and Laetoli, both of which are very important archaeological sites in the central cracked valley of the study of the early human and origins. Prehistoric evidence indicates that fishing and fruit collection communities lived in this region for at least 50,000 years ago. These early people are probably the ancestors of the Hadzabi. You can enjoy a really cool visit with these social people and experience life as a hunter and fruit collector. While hunting with the Hadzabe tribe, you will see how they chase their prey, using bows and arrows full of poison, and how they interact with the honeycomb bird to find a beehive. You will also learn how to search for wild fruits and tubers as well as medicinal plants
