okay so this 8 min ideo became a 15 min video cus i kept replaying him in the recording booth trying to observe.. im not a professional and i definitely wasnt the best but i used to major in voice performance and i noticed that Haechan often rolled, clenched, or moved his fingers to match his breathing. we used to do this a lot as beginners if we wanted to learn how to do a vibrato; our professor would physically have us move our hand back and forth (kinda like a fish that's rushing to swim away) and the strength behind the movement would cause a physical reaction in the way our body takes in air. in a similar way, haechan would stretch his fingers out when he has to sustain notes, he would curl or spread his fingers when doing falsettos (it kinda adds tension to his body and probably helps him reach those kind of higher "eeee" sounds (i call them firetruck sounds lol)), and raise his hand if he's switching from chest to head voice or needs to do a richer (less breathy) high note, etc etc. While the things he did dont ACTUALLY have a physical reaction to his body the way the vibrato technique does, it's probably a habit he developed when he was still a trainee to know where to place his voice and stuff.. kinda works like a guide cus it's easier to visualize vocal placement when you see or feel it (thus him raising and lowering his hand to match).. btws im not a professional and i could be totally wrong but this is just what i observed and what i thought might be happening based off of past experience hahahahahahah
