Fun fact: Circe is a Titan, she is a daughter of Helios. She's also responsible for the creation of Scylla the monster. @@viIIaswerte Yeah Circe has always been known to be sexually forward and very jealous. The only inaccurate part is that Scylla and Circe weren't actually "competing". Scylla rejected Glaucus because of his fish-man appearance, so Glaucus asked Circe to make a love potion for him, instead, Circe fell in love with him and told him to forget Scylla. He rejected saying Scylla was too good to give up on, and because of this Circe got jealous and poisoned the waters Scylla bathed in. So yeah Scylla has plenty reason to be a salty bitch. For other fun facts about Circe, she has two kids with Odysseus and turns any man that rejects her into an animal lmao

Specifically, getting upgraded moon water + Aphrodite "if you're above 50percent hp, heal to full" is busted.. If you have 200 max hp, you can take 144 damage in a room, press F to heal 45, then leave and get healed for another 99.. And you can do that like 6 times per floor.. And that's without the "also heal all the damage you took in the last 3 seconds".. I had the whole thing in 2 out of my last 3 runs...

Oh it definitely feels like that Sometimes they even get an upgrade that makes each fountain give +3 uses regardless of how many you still have left. I think I reached Chronos with 11 uses once

The slow time hex is also very great, if you can cast your Omegas fast enough, and have decent mana/regen, you can practically infinitely slow time. I was using the thanatos scythe specials, and it took three in my hex to immediately get it back. So for the entirety of the second half of the run, I could never get hit. I did find out the hard way, it does not work against Chronos, at least for the most part.

Helios or Prometheus might be interesting as alternate Hex givers, if they add more down the line. Would be an awesome switchup from the current Moon-set. Helios is a fun mirror to Selene thematically (and would be a fun interaction with Apollo) but also Prometheus gave Humans fire, so he might have stakes in saving the world.

The very first time I ever beat Chronos, I had moon water with 9 whole charges going into his fight. I ended that fight with zero charges, zero DDs and 2 hp. Not my best run I will admit, but moon water brought it home for me.

Yes, you could have gifted Circe after you spoke with her. Most other characters leave after you speak with them, which makes it so you cant gift them afterward.

got my first kill on chronos with moon water, hit a few mid zone fountains and had the upgrade that allowed me to stack it infinitely. by the time i reached chronos i had i think 27 charges available, and they each healed 55 health. needless to say, it was pretty easy

didnt watch the vid to avoid spoilers but the healing hex with the prime armor from hephaestus is so op I basiccly dont take damage if I take less than 15/20(depanding on the rarity) damage and than when I get to the bosses I can get like 6 heals Edit: u can also use the Aphrodite boon that restores to max health when you're above a certain HP than u can take a ton fuck of HP and regenerating everything back immediately

I think the issue with Selene is that you can't buff her with a pom. You have to take get a specific item that buffs the Hex only, and that item is pretty rare until area 3, which is generally too late to incorporate a hex into your build strategy. I think they need to rework the wholes system.

@@obli1057it’s because you cannot gift anyone the first time you see them. Most of them however disappear almost right after, so you can’t gift them anything first time around. Circe is there in person however so you can just gift her after you had some initial dialogue with her.

Does anyone know where I can officially report the Hades 2 bugs? I’ve ran into a few so far. One really sucked, it disabled the use of my Magic Cast during the Chronos fight. I had the Hades boon that lets you launch your cast for 200 damage and it worked fine all the way up until Chronos. I was able to use it once then I could no longer charge my casts at all.

Check out steamcommunity forum for Hades II. I had a bug too, did a trove trial, cleared it quickly, but they showed me two foes remaining, when every enemy was already dead. Thankfully it didn't brick my run, I could just enter next reward chamber
