I don’t think K understood buying gems in the first place. Ramee was gonna sell him gems at the price he sells at the gem sales guy. Then K would add that price plus a little more for sourcing the gems. Then on top K can add a service fee to infuse the gems. it’s very simple, neither of them were really in the wrong. from Mr K’s side, it doesn’t make sense to make Ramee even more profit because he feels he’s already helping him out enough by buying gems from the gallery rather than straight from the source but he wouldn’t do that because Ramees his boy. From Ramees side, he feels he should be getting slightly more for the gems than what the local pays because if not, he might as well just sell to the local. And the fix to that is Mr. K just has to charge customers slightly more but he won’t because he feels that’s unfair. and K needs to know the actual quality of gems so if he buys them from people he still would need to get them appraised. Neither of them are wrong. But the main takeaway should be that this whole scenario takes place in a fake world made of pixels so no hate should be spread to the actual streamers.
