This hinge looks great and I bought it for a project! How about clearer instructions that can be read clearly e.g. 12mm from edge and ???

what does 28/37mm actually mean in measuring in from the edge?

Just worked out there are two models with different values of this distance. The printing on the pack mine came in seems to say it is a 37 mm... Fingers crossed!
