4:52, red's body is already in the meeting room. They were killed as the body got found the round before, hence the weird voting screen that round, with Becca on the right instead of the left. The body gets teleported to the meeting room in that case, but it's usually insta reported and people agree to skip, but for whatever reason everyone ignored it that game.
