The title of this jig doubtlessly refers to a popular superstition according to which the witches sometimes hid in butter churns to steal their contents. Fortunately, they could not bear thistune which made an excellent protection during the chore of butter churning.
Le titre de cette jig fait sans doute référence à une superstition populaire selon laquelle des sorcières se cachaient parfois dans les barattes à beurre pour en voler le contenu. Fort heureusement, elles ne pouvaient pas supporter cette mélodie qui constituait donc une excellente protection pendant les corvées de barattage.

Right , mine too! . Absolutely love and admire Jean's fingerstyle picking. In my opinion , this truly is classical guitar playing . So melodic , guitar tuned perfectly , and the timing is perfect. His guitar genius inspires me , and I am in awe . Like a student hungry for knowledge and watching the master lay it down.

Lovely arrangement and playing and of course that Lowden guitar is perfectly voiced for the Celtic finger style music. I noticed that the Lowden logo is different is that a special edition model or an anniversary model?

please tell some variations what strings do you use? i play on om guitar 650mm in standard, drop d and dadgad and cant find "my" tension. I tried 12-54 ghs vintage bronze, daddario 11-52 phosphor bronze . 12-54 are to heavy for my fingers in standart, actually they best in c#, so i switched to 11s. but daddario's 52 string is to floppy when tune it to D. in same time D and A strings are to heavy. so for this scale i need something like 11- 53 with thin 4th and 5th. But maybe reason that most irish guitar players have floppy 6th string and its normally and i dont should pay attention on it. give some advices if its possible. like how your guitar sounds

Enorme!!! Par contre chez moi l'audio n'est pas au top: çà sature un chouille dans les graves et il y a des artefacts numérique qui ressemblent à une verb et un effet stereo qui seraient mal passés à la compression youtube. Déjà eu ce genre de trucs, çà sonne nickel en sortie de séquenceur et bim, massacre à la compression mp3. Là çà reste très écoutable mais c'est gênant au casque. Peut-être ma carte son... En tout cas bravo!!!
